It was a great privilege to deliver THE KEYNOTE ADDRESS at the CEMTelecoms Europe conference in Barcelona.

I spoke on – “Incorporating Digital into your CX Delivery.” Also, I was part of the panel discussion – “Driving a Better Customer Experience through Automation and AI.”

The theme of the conference was “Building an unparalleled CX Strategy in the European Telecoms Industry through Digital Transformation, Innovation and Customer Centricity.”

It was an opportunity to learn from 60+ Telecom Operators across the globe.
